my name is Abdalla Atiyah and I’m a highly experienced personal trainer with a passion for helping my clients achieve their health and fitness goals. I’ve been in the industry for over a decade, and hold certifications in a variety of areas including Master Personal Trainer, Advanced Personal Trainer, Trainer of Trainers, CrossFit Judge, Sports Nutritionist, and CPR/First Aid.

My journey in personal training began while I was studying for my Software Engineering degree at university. I’ve always enjoyed working out myself, but quickly realized the importance of having guidance and support when starting a fitness journey. This experience fueled my desire to help others achieve their own fitness goals and create healthy habits that last a lifetime.

 

Through the years, I’ve developed a coaching style that focuses on making training sessions fun and engaging, while still providing the guidance and support needed to see results. I believe that living a healthy and balanced life shouldn’t be complicated, and my approach to training reflects this belief.

My ultimate goal is to empower my clients with the knowledge, confidence, and trust they need to take control of their own fitness journey. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level, I’m dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and live your best life.
